We had an absolutely awful experience with the owner today. We were a little frustrated with how late our pickup order was, and receiving little to no help from the staff, despite their being no one else in the restaurant. This, however was not the negative experience, having worked in the service industry, I understand there are many variables. However, the owner accosted us about asking about asking about the status of our food, asked us if we were frustrated, and upon saying yes, he said “have you ever run a reestaurant?” and then just kept verbally arguing with us about the most minor concerns we brought up. Then blamed one of his employees for an error she made, and told us “not to listen to her, she’s new”. Again, we really weren’t bothered that much until he started arguing with us and being a jerk for no reason. As a former worker in restaurants and service, it was the worst customer service I’ve ever received. We barely even complained, yet he went berserk on us for no reason. I just feel bad for his employees and customers. We will not return just because of him. Read less

Lemontree is always a smash. My sister and my favorite is the sausage and pear sandwich. Best part... my sister usually doesn't like either sausage or pears, but this sandwich is so well designed and quality, we both LOVE it. I haven't tried anything that wasn't absolutely delicious here. Read less

Food is amazing!

I was really impressed with the food and service during my first visit at The Grove by Lemon Tree. Abby was very accommodating in offering dairy-free or vegan cheese options for the whole menu.
