I deliver for Uber eats. This restaurant cheats wait times, by saying an order is ready for pickup when it’s still being made. This practice causes delivery drivers to wait and loose money, so the restaurant can appear to have better fulfillment times. Terrible business practices, (most restaurants only mark an order ready when it’s actually ready) Literally waited 15 minutes here after they marked it done. Read less
