I ordered via UberEats. Unfortunately the food was simply edible. First, the nachos. They were advertised as having nacho cheese. When in reality they had a single slice of vegan cheese. There was a small drizzle of vegan sour cream. The chips were oily. But the platter itself was very dry. Second was the crunch wrap. I bought it because it was popular. It was "grilled" for too long as it was borderline burned. I couldn't get past the burned flavor to taste anything else. There was barely cheese or sour cream on this as well. Maybe the store was running low? Overall, the food was edible. It gets 2 stars. Has the potential to be good if the ingredients were more balanced. Quick, yummy, and delicious I called them at 7:54am. Ordered a vegan bacon egg and cheese. Took the bx22, was there in a few minutes. Order was already prepared and packaged! He was patient when I had to call my dad and ask him to send the money since I have a chase first card. Usually people get annoyed because it takes a minute or two. Also they held the door open for me when I left. As for the food, I loved bacon egg and cheeses. When I went vegan, I tried many different replacements and mocks. This was the best one. Read less

I went on my lunch break to try some vegan food for my 1st time ever. I ordered a vegan burger just to start on the safe side, but little did i know There were 2 pieces of human hair in my burger. I highly doubt I'd be eating out of there ever again. The guy making my food and the cahier NEVER stopped talking. The cashier even almost made a mistake by adding extra numbers to charge me 3 digits instead of two. Always love it here. Very good choice and open super late. Some of the best vegan options in a deli. Will be back like always of course!❤️

Horrible customer service... young boy will have to waiting 10 to 15 mins there attending to one customer. He doesn't greet, always on his phone...

Overpriced vegan food , with small portion sizes. Also they do not separate the vegan food from the non-vegan. ALSO the tres leches cake and other items are often almost always out of stock yet they won’t make it unavailable on GrubHub/UberEats. When I asked why they do this they say they’re trying to make money. Just greedy , and trifling. Read less
